Salata Tabouleh

Din meniul oriental va propun salata Tabouleh – o salata aromata, preparata doar din ingrediente proaspete!
Se poate servi alaturi de humus (reteta AICI), falafel (reteta AICI) si lipie libaneza. Enjoy it!

Ingrediente (organice):

– 300 g rosii taiate cubulete mici
– 75 g patrunjel tocat marunt
– 50 g bulgur
– 100g ceapa tocata marunt
– 1/2 lamaie stoarsa
– sare
– optional menta maruntita (sau uscata)
– ulei de masline extravirgin

Cantitatile de mai sus pot varia in functie de gustul Dvs – daca preferati mai multe legume in raport cu graul bulgur sau daca preferati mai multe rosii, ceapa in raport cu patrunjelul …sunteti liberi sa preparati combinatia perfecta!

Mod de preparare:

Puneti graul bulgur la inmuiat in apa calduta timp de jumatate de ora. Scurgeti bine inainte de folosire.
Amestecati toate ingredientele tocate marunt cu graul bulgur, adaugati ulei de masline si sare dupa gust, zeama de lamaie si optional menta. Dati la frigider o jumatate de ora inainte de servire.
