Salata de oua

Si daca tot a trecut Pastele si au ramas cateva oua rosii…sa facem o salata de oua. Am incercat sa gasesc o reteta de salata de oua gustoasa si fara maioneza.

Ingrediente (organice):

– 1 iaurt de soia de 400 g (sau iaurt grecesc gras)
– 5 oua fierte si taiate marunt
– 1 ceapa medie tocata marunt (sau o legatura de ceapa verde)
– 3 catei de usturoi tocati marunt
– 1 lingurita de boia
– 1 lingurita de mustar dulce
– 10 ml ulei de masline
– 1 lingurita de curry
– 1 lingurita de sirop de agave
– un buchetel de patrunjel verde tocat marunt
– sare
– piper boabe macinat cu rasnita
– sucul de la 1/2 de lamaie

Mod de preparare:

Se fierb ouale tari si se decojesc apoi se taie marunt.
Separat, se freaca mustarul cu ulei de masline, cu ceapa si usturoiul taiate foarte marunt si cu condimentele – curry, boia, sare, piper. Se adauga iaurtul, cateva picaturi de lamaie si se amesteca bine. Se potriveste de sare si piper apoi se adauga ouale maruntite si patrunjelul si se amesteca usor.

Se da 1 ora la frigider. Se serveste cu paine prajita.

Eggs salad

Ingredients (organics):

  • 1 soy yogurt of 400 g (or fat Greek yogurt)
  • 5 boiled and finely chopped eggs
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped (or a bunch of green onions)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
  • 10 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
  • a bunch of finely chopped green parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:

Boil the eggs hard and peel them, then cut them into small pieces.
Separately, rub the mustard with olive oil, very finely chopped onion and garlic and spices – curry, paprika, salt, pepper. Add the yogurt, a few drops of lemon and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, then add the eggs and parsley and mix gently.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. It is served with toasted bread.
