Frigarui cu carne

La fel ca frigaruile cu tofu, frigaruile cu carne se pot pregati atat pe gratarul cu carbuni, pe gratarul electric sau la cuptor. De asemenea trebuie lasate la foc mic pentru a se patrunde bine.

Ingrediente (organice):

– piept de pui taiat in cuburi mari
– ciuperci champignion taiate in jumatati
– ceapa alba taiata in bucati mari, fiecare bucata cu cate 2-3 foi
– ardei gras taiat in cuburi mari
– sare
– bete de de lemn pentru frigarui

Pentru marinada:
– usturoi pisat marunt
– ulei de masline extravirgin
– sos de soia (tamari)

Mod de preparare:

Sarati bucatile de carne si de legume. Asezati pe betele de frigarui ingredientele taiate in bucati, intercalate.

Pentru marinada – amestecati usturoiul cu putin ulei si sare pana incepe sa se lege (ca o maioneza) apoi adaugati restul de ulei si sos de tamari pana devine un sos lichid. Aplicati cu o pensula sosul pe frigarui si lasati 1 ora la rece inainte de a le pune pe gratar. Prajiti frigaruile pe gratar la foc mic pana se rumenesc.

Skewers with meat

Just like tofu skewers, meat skewers can be prepared both on the charcoal grill, on the electric grill or in the oven. They must also be left on a low heat to penetrate well.

Ingredients (organics):

– chicken breast cut into large cubes
– champignon cut into half
– white onion cut into large pieces, each piece with 2-3 leaves
– bell pepper cut into large cubes
– salt
– wooden sticks for skewers

For the marinade:
– finely crushed garlic
– extra virgin olive oil
– soy sauce (tamari)

Directions:

Salt the pieces of meat and vegetables. Place the ingredients cut into pieces, interspersed, on the skewers.

For the marinade – mix the garlic with a little oil and salt until it starts to bind (like a mayonnaise) then add the rest of the oil and tamari sauce until it becomes a liquid sauce. Apply the sauce on the skewers with a brush and leave to cool for 1 hour before putting them on the grill. Fry the skewers on the grill over low heat until they are brown.
