Legume cu gorgonzola

Azi mi-e pofta de vara asa ca am cumparat zucchini si vinete proaspete, am fiert cartofi in coaja, am incins cuptorul si am preparat niste legume cu branza la cuptor. Simplu. Rapid.

Ingrediente (organice):

– 4 cartofi fierti in coaja timp de 5 min
– 1 zucchini feliat
– 1 vanata feliata
– 150 g gorgonzola
– ulei masline extravirgin
– putina apa
– sare
– piper

Mod de preparare:

Fierbeti cartofii cu coaja timp de 5 minute. Decojiti-i si taiati-i in felii de 1 cm grosime.
Incingeti cuptorul la 225 grade Celsius.
Ungeti o tava termoizolanta cu ulei si asezati cartofii la baza; peste fiecare felie de cartof asezati o felie de vanata putin sarata, apoi o felie de zucchini sarat.
Deasupra piper si branza felii.
Dati la cuptor timp de 25 de minute sub capac apoi scoateti capacul si mai lasati 10  minute pentru a se rumeni.
