Ciorba de varza

Legume proaspete si sanatoase intr-o ciorba delicioasa de sezon! Si frumos colorata 😉 .
Va invit la o ciorba de varza cruda cu legume si curry.

Ingrediente (organice) – pentru 6 persoane:

– 1 ceapa mare taiata marunt
– 5 catei de usturoi tocati marunt
– 1 varza medie taiata marunt
– 1 dovlecel taiat cubulete
– 1 felie de telina taiata cubulete
– 2 morcovi taiati rodele
– 3-4 rosii decojite, taiate cubulete
– 500 ml suc de rosii (bulion)
– 1 l de apa
– 1 lingurita curry
– 1 lingura boia dulce
– 1 lingura boabe de mustar
– optional chili
– sare
– piper
– o lingura unt de cocos
– patrunjel tocat marunt pentru servire

Mod de preparare:

Caliti timp de 2-3 minute ceapa si usturoriul in unt de cocos pana se rumenesc; adaugati curry, boiaua (si chili) si boabele de mustar si amestecati bine. Adaugati legumele (varza, dovlecel, telina, morcovi) si apa si fierbeti la foc mic timp de 20 minute.

La sfarsit adaugati cubuletele de rosii si sucul de rosii si mai fierbeti timp de 10 minute. Daca doriti ca supa sa fie mai mai subtire adaugati si apa pana obtineti consistenta dorita apoi dati in clocot.

Serviti cu patrunjel tocat deasupra si cu ardei iute.
