Sos de usturoi

Sos de usturoi sau o forma mai dietetica de mujdei. Dar la fel de gustoasa.

Ingrediente (organice):

– 4-6 catei de usturoi pisati
– 1 lingura de ulei de masline extravirgin
– sare
– 200 g iaurt de soia

Mod de preparare:

Frecati usturoiul cu putina sare si ulei de masline pana compozitia se leaga si devine ca o pasta; adaugati apoi iaurtul de soia si omogenizati.

Lasati la rece jumatate de ora inainte de a servi.
Se poate servi cu peste, cu orice tip de carne, tofu sau legume la gratar. S-aveti pofta !
