Cartofi copti

Eu le spun cartofi copti la cuptor sau prajiti la wok deoarece se pot prepara foarte repede in ambele moduri.

Ingrediente (organice):

– cartofi bio – de preferinta cartofi cat mai mici, rotunzi
– sare
– ulei de masline extravirgin

Mod de preparare:

Se curata si se spala cartofii, se pun la fiert  timp de 10-15 minute pana se inmoaie dar atentie sa nu se sfarame.

Varianta 1 – la cuptor

Puneti cartofii fierti intr-o tava unsa cu putin ulei de masline, adaugati sare si dati la cuptor aproximativ jumatate de ora pana se rumenesc la temperatura de 200 grade Celsius. Cand sunt gata se scot si se toarna ulei de masline deasupra.
Se servesc calzi.

Varianta 2 – la wok

Incingeti wok-ul foarte bine si ungeti-l cu putin ulei de masline; adaugati cartofii si sarati-i putin. Amestecati des sa nu se arda si in aceasi timp sa se rumeneasca pe toate partile.
Se servesc calzi.


Backed potatoes

I call them oven-baked or wok-fried potatoes because they can be prepared very quickly in both ways.

Ingredients (organic):

  • organic potatoes – preferably small, round potatoes
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Clean and wash the potatoes, boil them for 10-15 minutes until they soften but be careful not to break them.

Option 1 – in the oven

Put the boiled potatoes in a pan greased with a little olive oil, add salt and put in the oven for about half an hour until they brown at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. When they are ready, take them out and pour olive oil on top.
They are served warm.

Option 2 – wok

Heat the wok very well and grease it with a little olive oil; add the potatoes and salt them a little. Stir often so that it does not burn and at the same time browns on all sides.
They are served warm.
