Care este pranzul meu pentru azi la birou? Sa arate bine ca sa imi faca ziua frumoasa, sa fie gustos si consistent in acelasi timp – salata cu branza feta si ou fiert.
Ingrediente (organice) – pentru 1 persoana:
– un sfert de salata iceberg (sau normala) taiata marunt
– 5 rosii cherry (sau 1 rosie normala feliata) taiate in jumatati
– 1 castravete mic sau 1/3 castravete lung feliat subtire
– 80 g branza feta taiata cubulete
– 1 ou fiert tare taiat in 8 felii
– 1 lingura de seminte de canepa
– ulei de masline extravirgin
– oregano uscat
– sare
Mod de preparare:
Se amesteca toate ingredientele cu sare. Se adauga ulei de masline si semintele de canepa dupa gust si se omogenizeaza. La final se adauga oul taiat bucatele si se presara oregano uscat deasupra. Se poate servi cu o felie de paine prajita.
Sa aveti pofta si o zi frumoasa!
Raw vegetable salad with feta cheese and egg
Ingredients (organics) – for one person:
- a quarter of iceberg (or normal) lettuce cut into small pieces
- 5 cherry tomatoes (or 1 normal sliced tomato) cut into half
- 1 small cucumber or 1/3 thinly sliced long cucumber
- 80 g diced feta cheese
- 1 hard-boiled egg cut into 8 slices
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- extra virgin olive oil
- dried oregano
- salt
Directios:
Mix all the ingredients with salt. Add olive oil and hemp seeds to taste and blend. At the end, add the egg cut into pieces and sprinkle dry oregano on top. It can be served with a slice of toasted bread.
